1. Data controller

The controller for personal data processed via Estate Motion is C-GEX OOD, ЖК Надежда 4, София, България.

2. Data concerned

Depending on how the service is used, the following categories of data may be processed:

• identity (first and last name)
• email address
• phone number
• company/agency information
• information about the property
• photos and videos supplied for producing the video
• customer account data
• order data
• invoices
• payment data (processed by Stripe)
• download events
• IP address
• technical data about the device/browser used
• data on the use of the private link sent to a prospect

3. Source of the data

Some data is provided directly by the customer when creating an account or an order. For prospects Estate Motion contacts on its own initiative, certain publicly available information and photos of the property may be used to prepare a personalised commercial proposal, before the prospect has themselves provided any data.

4. Purposes of processing

• creating and managing the customer account
• performing the services ordered
• delivering the videos
• invoicing
• platform security and abuse prevention
• tracking the private link sent to a prospect
• customer support

5. Legal bases

• performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps taken at the customer's request
• compliance with a legal obligation (in particular accounting and tax law)
• Estate Motion's legitimate interest — platform security and preparing a personalised commercial proposal for a prospect
• freely given, specific and separate consent — solely for marketing communications

6. Recipients and processors

Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients, only to the extent necessary for the purposes above: the hosting provider IONOS SE, the payment provider Stripe, the email delivery provider, the artificial-intelligence platform Higgsfield, and the IP-based geolocation service ipapi.co.

Stripe receives the data necessary to process payment, but Estate Motion never receives or stores the customer's full card details.

Photos supplied may be processed by Higgsfield in order to produce the videos.

The IP address associated with opening a private link may be shared with ipapi.co solely to obtain an approximate location.

7. Retention period

Data is kept for as long as necessary to perform the service, and thereafter for the period required by applicable law (in particular accounting and tax law).

Tracking data relating to a private link sent to a prospect is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last activity recorded on that link.

8. Account deletion

The customer account can be deleted at the customer's request, sent to the email address given below, except for data whose retention is legally required (accounting records in particular).

9. Rights of the data subject

Every data subject has the following rights:

• right of access
• right to rectification
• right to erasure
• right to restriction of processing
• right to data portability
• right to object
• right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

10. Exercising your rights

These rights can be exercised at any time by email at contact@estate-motion.com.

11. Right to lodge a complaint

Every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection if they consider that the processing of their data infringes applicable regulations.

12. Cookies

The site uses cookies necessary to maintain the customer's session, to secure the platform, and to remember the chosen language.

13. Marketing communications

Estate Motion never sends marketing or promotional emails without the customer's prior, specific and optional consent.
