Terms and conditions

1. Purpose of the service

Estate Motion offers a service that turns real-estate photos into AI-assisted videos, intended for the customer (owner, agency, concierge service or other professional) to present and promote the property.

2. Creating and securing the customer account

Access to orders and services requires creating a personal customer account with an email address and password. The customer is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and undertakes not to share them with any third party.

If unauthorised access is suspected, the customer must immediately notify Estate Motion at the email address given below and/or change their password.

3. Custom requests, packs and subscriptions

The customer may order a single video through a custom request, buy a pack of several videos at a preferential rate, or take out a monthly subscription giving the right to a set number of videos per period.

The terms, content and price of each formula are clearly shown on the site before any order is confirmed.

4. Price and payment

The price is clearly displayed to the customer before the order is confirmed. Payment is made securely through Stripe at the moment the order is confirmed, except where the order is covered by a credit already purchased and available (pack or subscription).

Displayed amounts are VAT-inclusive: the price shown to the customer is the final amount actually paid, VAT included. The invoice issued itemizes the amount excluding VAT, the VAT amount, and the total including VAT.

5. Invoicing and VAT

C-GEX OOD is a VAT-registered company. An invoice is issued automatically for every paid order and remains available in the customer account, under "Invoices".

6. Delivery time

Videos are delivered within the timeframe shown on the site at the time of ordering. This timeframe is indicative and depends on the current order volume, but Estate Motion does everything it can to meet it.

7. Modifications

The order price does not include any modification of an already-delivered video, except where the error is directly attributable to Estate Motion (for example a mismatch with the approved request) — such a correction is then free of charge.

Any modification requested by the customer for another reason (change of preference, adding a new element, etc.) is charged at €5 per affected space and only starts once payment has been confirmed.

8. Unused credits and refunds

A customer holding an unused credit from a pack or subscription (for which production has not yet started) may request a refund of the corresponding amount within 14 days of the purchase date.

The request is reviewed by Estate Motion, and once approved, the refund is made via Stripe to the same payment method.

9. Credits already allocated to production that has started or been delivered

Where a credit has already been allocated to an order whose production has started or been delivered, the separate consent given by the customer before performance began applies (immediate performance of a service and digital content), subject to the customer's mandatory statutory rights.

10. Subscription — renewal and cancellation

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) until cancelled by the customer. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not entitle the customer to a refund of the current, already-paid period — the service remains active until it ends.

11. Rollover of unused monthly videos

Videos not used during a subscription period may be carried over to the following period according to the rule currently shown on the site for the relevant subscription plan.

12. Commercial usage rights

Once delivered, the final video may be used by the customer to promote the property concerned: on their own channels, listing platforms, social media and advertising campaigns.

13. Resale prohibited

The video may not be resold as a template, as stock content, or as a standalone creative work detached from the property it promotes.

14. Warranty on the photos provided

The customer warrants that they hold the necessary rights to the photos provided (ownership, the author's authorisation, or a usage licence) and remains liable in the event of a third-party claim relating to them.

15. Estate Motion's portfolio

Estate Motion never publishes a property in its own portfolio or promotional materials without the customer's explicit, prior consent.

16. Limits of artificial intelligence

Videos are produced using artificial intelligence and may contain visual imperfections. The video is a promotional tool and never certifies the physical, technical or legal characteristics of the property.

17. Customer verification

The customer undertakes to carefully review the video before any publication or distribution.

18. No commercial guarantee

Estate Motion does not guarantee any sale, booking, or specific commercial performance resulting from the use of the video.

19. Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by Bulgarian law. Where the customer is a consumer established in another European Union member state, they retain the mandatory protections provided by the law of their own country.

20. Special terms for the free teaser offer

This section specifically governs the free teaser offered to certain prospects via a private link.

• The teaser is offered free of charge only through a private link, sent personally to a given prospect.
• Accepting it requires no payment and no card details whatsoever.
• It does not activate any automatic subscription.
• Accepting it allows the free creation of a customer account.
• That account remains commercially inactive until a genuine purchase is made — no credit, invoice or sale is created.
• Only a watermarked preview is shown before the account is created.
• The clean (watermark-free) teaser becomes available under the "Ready" tab as soon as the account is created or the customer logs in.
• Use of the clean teaser is authorised solely to promote the property concerned.
• No credit, invoice or purchase is created as a result of accepting this offer.
• Estate Motion reserves the right to refuse or cancel the offer in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or manifestly unlawful content.
• Accepting the free teaser never obliges the prospect to make a subsequent purchase.
