No. A sharp, well-lit photo taken with a recent iPhone is enough. Ideally send one or two photos per space, without heavy filters. You must hold the rights to use the photos you send.

The base price includes one custom video for two spaces. Extra spaces and selected options are added automatically to the amount shown before payment.

The standard format is 16:9. You can add a vertical 9:16 version, voice-over, subtitles, music, raw footage, a Drone Effect or a Virtual real estate agent.

Customize your request, add the photos, review the amount, then pay online. Production starts once payment is confirmed and all required material has been received.

Standard delivery is scheduled within 72 to 96 hours. The express option shortens this to between 24 and 48 hours. The countdown starts once payment is confirmed and all required material has been received.

No revision is included in the initial price. A revision request costs €5 per affected space. The amount is shown before payment. If the result contains an error directly caused by Estate Motion, the fix is free.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. If a promotion code is active, you can enter it directly at checkout.

Packs start at three videos. The unit price decreases with the volume chosen. Each new request uses one credit from your pack.

Plans include 5, 10 or 20 videos per month. You can pay monthly or annually with a 10% discount. Unused credits remain available for three months.

You can request a refund for a credit that has not been used within 14 days of its purchase. A credit already committed to a production that has started, or to a delivered video, is no longer considered unused. This policy applies without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable law. Your client space brings together your requests, ready videos, downloads, credits, payments and the invoices issued by Stripe.

Once fully paid, you may use the final video to promote the property in your listings, on your website, on social media and in your advertising campaigns. This license is worldwide, perpetual and non-exclusive. Raw footage is only provided if that option was purchased. You warrant that you hold the rights to the photos you send; music remains subject to its own license; the video may not be resold as a template, stock asset or standalone work; Estate Motion may only use the video or property images in its portfolio with your explicit consent, and declining the portfolio never blocks your order.
